Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our business, there is no refund policy.

In most cases the customers are given a chance to inspect / approve the services provided before payment.

In some cases, we take downpayments before starting work, this in turn requires us to allot resources and make payments on our end to our suppliers.

So please discuss milestones and payments BEFORE we invoice. Once invoiced the payments are required and NON-REFUNDABLE.
